There are 3 basic stages of care:

1. Symptomatic relief  and stabilization

2. Tissue healing and functional normalization

3. Ongoing spinal corrective care and maintenance through regular check-ups; to prevent  unnecessary  new injuries, minimize expected “flare-ups” of uncorrected injuries, and to prevent or retard progressive degenerative changes.

We call these 3 phases of care

Wellness Care

Each  phase is a foundation for the next phase and can be done at your own pace. We never push for more care than a patient wants. Not listed above is “limited treatment”; another option.
